This graceful Tillandsia is the only hybrid know of between two species of the miniature Tillandsia subgenus, Diaphoranthema. Both of these species grow in the Southern U.S. and the cross was made by Mark Dimmitt a number of years ago. The leaves are silvery and this Tillandsia grows into a beautiful clump. Tillandsia Kimberly was named for one of Paul’s daughters.
