Sensitive
Materials that can be used to make photograms & other potentials
While most photograms are made with
standard black and white photographic paper, the Photogram is a process
that lends itself to experimenting and in terms of materials, the
limiting factor is only one's imagination.
Bleach
sensitive materials:
Photogram images can also be made by laying a masked material in bright
sunlight and creating a fading effect. Newspaper for instance will
fade quite quickly in the sun. Of course these images may also be
ephemeral and if you want to keep them will need to be photographed
in the normal manner.
