Resonance VII
I was fortunate
enough to gain permission from Allan Couts who owned the house at the time to photograph inside James K Baxter's room for Frank McKay's book
and was happy with the results. The image was added to this series at a later date. The outside of the house has always
been difficult to see, as though there were private things that
happened behind the hedge while the second level turret was like a sentry box and gave a full view
of the world, especially anyone who might be looking in. Key Baxter icons are framed by the windows left to right - Scroggs Hill, Saddle Hill, and Green Island.
