a covenant was put in place in 1991, to protect unique rock formations of the Dock and Roman Baths from sea level to a nominated distance up the headland. The Conservation Covenant was signed between DOC on behalf of the Minister for the environment on May 22 1991 and the particulars entered in the the register of Land Registry.
