there are 2 Walnut nut trees in the St Andrews Orchard - Planted in the winter of 2008
The walnut are health grafted trees, and the 2 trees were planted on the south side of the orchard valley and despite the horrid summer of 2008-9 when tempertures reached 47Degrees have surprisingly established very well in the first year.
